Release of a new anthology with poetry by Belarusian, Danish and Swedish writers!

What happens when writers translate each other’s works without knowing the source language? This anthology originated from the PEN project “verse x change,” which brought together Belarusian, Swedish, and Danish poets in a series of workshops where they translated each other’s texts through conversation, exchange, and deep reading. The collection consists of texts about exile, protest, loss, and hope, and reflects a unique form of collaboration and solidarity at a time when many Belarusian writers are experiencing exile, censorship, and persecution.

The release takes place online and will include readings, presentations and reflections.
